In every class, course time is used to actually create documents and find solutions
to problems that students might encounter during a normal workday. Our classes
are normally held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with an hour lunch break from
12 noon to 1:00 p.m.; however course times can be altered when needed.
